Troy Snyder, MS, NCC, LPC, CCSAS, CPCS is one of the founding members of IACSAS and C-SASI. He has served on the board since its inception and on the executive for four years, helping guide and direct the development of the organization as well as overseeing the clinical track trainees.
Troy is a clinical counseling supervisor, and C-SASI supervisor for clinicians and mentor for coaches and pastoral/lay leaders. In addition to speaking to schools and churches, Troy teaches on the topic of sex addiction through Liberty University's online program.
Ella Hutchinson LPC-S, CSAT-C, APSATS CCPS graduated from St. Edward’s University in Counseling Psychology in 2006 and has experience working with severe mental illness, trauma, and crisis intervention.

Donna Meredith Dixon
Donna Meredith Dixon is passionate about, and committed to, collaborating with others in creating safe places within the Christian community where recovery from the impact of sexual brokenness routinely occurs. Donna lives out that passion by training and supporting women whose lives were traumatized by their spouses’ sexual addiction to effectively facilitate groups.
Donna is a certified pastoral sex addiction specialist (IACSAS/C-SASI) and a mentor for facilitators, coaches and pastoral/lay leaders.
Jeff Hutchinson is a professional Life Coach and a Certified Pastoral Sexual Addiction Specialist. Jeff has been married since 1999 to an amazing woman full of beauty, strength, and grace. He is a father to two wonderful children, an adult son and teenaged daughter. Jeff is retired from the U.S. Army after over twenty years of service. Jeff's story is a testament to the power of Christ to release a person from the bondages of addiction. He coaches men who struggle with pornography and other sexually compulsive behavior to find sexual purity in their lives, their marriages, and in their minds.
Jeff is a C-SASI mentor for pastoral and lay leaders and coaches.
Lisa Taylor is a pastoral sex addiction specialist (IACSAS/C-SASI) and certified clinical partner specialist candidate (APSATS) living in New Zealand. She has spent the last several years counseling and supporting women and couples whose lives, like her own, have been impacted by a husband’s struggle with sex addiction.
Lisa is a C-SASI mentor for pastoral and lay leaders as well as group facilitators.
Barbara Steffens: Advisor to the Board
Barbara Steffens, PhD, LPCC, CCPS, CPC is the president of The Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS)—an organization that provides training and certification of Clinical Partner Specialists and Partner Trauma Coaches.
Barbara is a clinical counseling supervisor for APSATS and C-SASI.
